Twitching eye lid

Have been experiencing a rather uncomfortable twitch on the right eye lid for a few days now. When it twitches, i can actually see the eye lid 'moving', if i look into a mirror.. Sometimes, i think the person i am talking to can see the twitching...It is quite disconcerting

Some people say, it is due to lack of sleep.. I have been sleeping the normal hours each night, same as usual.

Lack of exercise? No, in fact have been quite regular at the gym...

STRESS??? Now, that could be the answer;
