Dell XPS

Just got myself a new notebook. A Dell XPS, one of those latest thingy from Dell. Duo Core processor, 1GB RAM, 80 GB hard drive memory, 1.3MP built in camera with bi directional mic, True life screen, 54MPS wireless, etc. Even with extended battery weighs in at just over 2kg.

I was using a Dell 6400 for about 3 months; found it to be extremely heavy after lugging it around for a while. The 6400 has a very wide screen, and quite good sound system. But at some 4kg, a bit too heavy for travelling. Further more, the unit i had did not have built in mic, certainly no built in camera. The one saving grace is the very wide screen which is really good for working on spreadsheets.

Guess the XPS will be with me for sometime.....
